All orders are processed upon confirmation of a signed sales contract or proforma invoice and fulfillment of agreed payment terms. Processing timelines may vary depending on product type, origin (Thailand or Brazil), packaging requirements, volume, and destination. Estimated production and dispatch schedules will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Korach Company Limited ships sugar products via sea freight, and where applicable, land transportation for domestic or regional deliveries. All shipments are handled by reputable logistics and freight forwarding partners to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and food safety standards.
Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are conducted in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, as specified in the sales contract. Common terms may include FOB, CFR, or CIF, depending on buyer preference and destination. Risk transfer, insurance responsibility, and cost allocation are governed strictly by the agreed Incoterm.
Delivery Confirmation !!
Delivery is considered complete upon transfer of goods and risk according to the agreed Incoterm. Any claims regarding shortages or visible damage must be reported within the timeframe specified in the sales contract.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on shipping method, port congestion, customs clearance procedures, and destination country regulations. Estimated delivery dates provided by Korach Limited are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, port strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions, are beyond our control.
Packaging and Handling
All sugar products are packed according to international export standards, typically in 25kg or 50kg bags, jumbo bags, or bulk containers, depending on customer requirements. Packaging is designed to protect product integrity during transportation and storage.
Customs and Documentation
Korach Limited provides standard export documentation, which may include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, quality certificate, and other documents as required. Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations unless otherwise agreed.
