Korach Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining transparent and fair business practices in all commercial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which order cancellations, refunds, or adjustments may be considered.

Order Cancellation

Due to the nature of sugar manufacturing, sourcing, and international trade logistics, order cancellations are subject to strict conditions. Orders may only be cancelled prior to production commencement or shipment booking, and only with written confirmation from Korach Limited.

Once production has begun, raw materials have been allocated, or shipping arrangements have been made, cancellations may not be accepted. Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative, processing, or restocking charges, depending on the stage of order fulfillment.

Payment Reversals !!

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer, subject to banking timelines and transaction fees. Any applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Proven non-conformity with agreed product specifications
Significant quality deviations verified by independent inspection reports
Errors directly attributable to Korach Limited

Refunds will not be issued for changes in market price, buyer delays, customs issues at destination, or improper storage or handling after delivery.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the sales contract and must include supporting documentation such as inspection reports, photographs, and batch details.

Quality Claims and Disputes

Any quality-related claims must be reported promptly upon receipt of goods or within the agreed inspection period. Korach Limited reserves the right to appoint an independent surveyor or request third-party laboratory analysis to assess the claim.

If a claim is validated, Korach Limited may, at its discretion:

Offer a partial or full refund
Provide a credit note for future orders
Arrange for replacement goods (subject to availability)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted for:

Buyer’s failure to secure import permits or customs clearance
Delays caused by force majeure events
Shipping delays beyond Korach Limited’s control
Minor variations within industry-accepted tolerances
